I work as a Specialist Occupational Therapist in one of the busiest hospitals in England and for one of the largest Trusts in UK.As an Occupational Therapist I have treated a wide range of varying conditions but have a major focus on mental health.
Whilst working within various health services I realised the wide range of patients who would all benefit from a mode of therapy that would help them move past the barriers which were holding them back in life.
Barriers such as mental trauma, fears, confidence issues, “bad habits”, low self-esteem and a range of anxieties. I observed time and time again the benefits of such an impactful form of therapy such as BWRT.
I am based in the UK, in North West England. I live with my wonderful wife and two children, also two lovely border collies and one very lazy house cat.
